HOW CAN I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?
WOOT WOOT! You'll need to fill out our inquiry form. I will then respond back in a email with the items you have requested with, if all looks well with you a proposal will be sent with a custom deposit. One the deposit is paid your date is 100% secured with us!
Let's get to the basics
CAN I PROVIDE THE MIRROR OR DIFFERENT DISPLAY FOR YOU TO WRITE ON?
Sure you can! The only difference is that you'd need to drop off your personal item and we will have it ready for you to pick up. We do not provide delivery for your personal items
WHAT IF I WANT TO DO SOMETHING OUTSIDE OF WHAT YOU OFFER?
I love when clients come to us and make us think outside the box or give us a challenge. We look forward to seeing what you have to show us. We will first set up a call/zoom to see what the vision is, once we have meet we will then start mocking up your seating chart.
FOR SEATING CHARTS, WHEN SHOULD WE SENT YOU OUR GUEST LIST?
6-5 days before your event. You will receive an email from me recapping everything we will be providing for your wedding. I will then give you a final date to send me everything. I like to ask for this closer to your date only because guest like to cancel closer to the event, unfortanley.
HOW FAR OUT SHOULD WE
CONTACT YOU FOR DAY-OF ITEMS?
Like I always say, the earlier the better. Only because we are getting
inquiries from clients daily and we'd hate for your ideal vision to
not come to life due to not booking fast enough with us.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM
FOR DAY OF ITEMS?
no, we only have a minimum when it
comes to our custom seating charts.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM FOR CUSTOM SEATING CHART?
Our shipping (before shipping fees)
and local pick up minimum (MIAMI) is $1,000
WHAT DO WE GET TO KEEP
AFTER THE WEDDING?
We always want you to keep a little detail from your wedding,
but anything that does not state "RENTAL"
in your invoice is yours to keep :)
DO YOU PROVIDE
FLOWERS FOR THE
DISPLAYS?
No we do not, we encourage you discussing these
final details with your florist.
DO YOU OFFER RENTALS?
absolutely, This is how Miami Writes co started! We totally understand that you rather not keep your
items once the event is over. We have plenty of options to choose from. Please note this is mostly structures, calligraphy and design fees still apply.
